2. As such, a bolstered security presence can be expected in Santiago and other urban centers with clashes between protesters and police likely to occur. Police could resort to forcible dispersal methods in the event of unrest, as observed in previous demonstrations.
3. Considering the elevated discontent towards the government and turnouts at protests, the strike is likely to be widely adhered to with major disruptions to travel and all services expected nationwide due to the labor action and expected protests on November 12-13.
