Israel Tactical: Protest ongoing in front of PM’s aircraft at Ben Gurion International Airport during late afternoon hours of August 24; maintain vigilance

  • A protest is ongoing in front of the Israeli Prime Minister (PM) Naftali Bennett’s aircraft at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion International Airport during the afternoon hours (local time) of August 24.  
  • Reports indicate that around 100 employees of Israel’s national carrier, El Al, are participating in the protest. No unrest has been reported. 
  • The protest action has reportedly delayed the departure of the PM’s aircraft, which was to leave for Washington on August 24.  
  • At the time of writing, no additional operational disruptions have been reported at the airport.
