Algeria Tactical (UPDATE): Authorities extend ongoing night curfew between 00:01 (local time)-04:00 in 19 provinces from May 1-22; adhere to government instructions

- According to Algeria’s state news agency, the authorities have imposed a night curfew in the following provinces: Adrar, Algiers, Batna, Bejaia, Blida, Boumerdes, Constantine, El Oued, Jijel, Laghouat, M’Sila, Oran, Ouargla, Setif, Sidi Bel Abbes, Tebessa, Tipaza, Tizi Ouzou, and Touggourt.
- The curfew will be implemented every night between 00:01 (local time) and 04:00 from May 1-22.
- These measures have been taken to contain the spread of COVID-19 in Algeria.
Recommendations:
- Those operating or residing in the aforementioned 19 provinces of Algeria between May 1-22 are advised to adhere to government instructions and take precautions to ensure business continuity due to the revision of the night curfew.
