• The General Directorate of Traffic has announced that a celebratory procession is slated to begin at 17:00 (local time) on January 5 from Bahrain International Airport toward Riffa’s Bahrain National Stadium.
• The procession will be held to celebrate the victory of Bahrain’s national football team in the 26th Gulf Cup.
• The procession will proceed along Airport Avenue, Shaikh Isa bin Salman Causeway, King Faisal Highway, Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Highway, Wali Al Ahad Highway, and the Riffa Roundabout.
• The General Directorate of Traffic urged drivers to adhere to traffic regulations.

Those operating or residing in Bahrain from the afternoon hours of January 5 are advised to allot for disruptions to traffic and seek alternate routes due to the slated procession which may prompt road closures.
