• The Delhi Traffic Police (DTP) issued a traffic advisory citing administrative exigencies in effect until 12:00 (local time) on December 5. 
• Vehicular movement remains restricted on multiple routes, including W Point, A Point, Income Tax Office (ITO) Chowk, Bahadur Shah Zafar (BSZ) Marg, Delhi Gate, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Rajghat Crossing, Hanuman Setu–Y Point, Netaji Subhash Marg, Nishad Raj Marg, Saleem Garh Flyover By-Pass, MGM–Pragati Maidan Tunnel to Hanuman Setu, Kashmere Gate, Vikas Marg, and IP Marg.

•  Separately, the DTP issued an additional advisory due to a special event scheduled on December 5. 
• Between 10:00 and 11:30, vehicular traffic will be diverted from Vande Matram Marg to Simon Bolivar Marg, and from San Martin to Abhai Crossing, Manas Crossing, ABHM Crossing, the Kautilya Marg roundabout, Sunheri Masjid, and the Rail Bhawan roundabout. 
• From 11:00 to 12:30, further diversions will apply along Janpath–Tolstoy Marg, Tolstoy–KG Marg, the Rail Bhawan roundabout, Sunheri Masjid, and the Ranjit Singh Flyover–Barakhamba Road corridor. 
• Additional diversions will be implemented between 15:00 and 17:00 along Janpath Road, Tolstoy–KG Marg, Ranjit Singh Flyover–Barakhamba Road, W Point, Moti lal Nehru Place, Q Point, the Sunheri Masjid roundabout, Claridge Hotel, Akbar Road, Man Singh Road, National Sports Club of India (NSCI) at Mathura Road, and Bhagwan Das Road/Tilak Marg. 
• Between 17:00 and 21:00, traffic will again be diverted from Vande Matram Marg to Simon Bolivar Marg, and from San Martin to Manas Crossing, ABHM Crossing, and Abhai Crossing, with additional diversions enforced at the Kautilya Marg roundabout, Sunheri Masjid, and the Rail Bhawan roundabout.
