• As a part of the gathering, several activities are also planned at the location between 15:00-19:00 on the day. 
• The protest action is being held to commemorate and demand justice for individuals who lost their lives during the Thai political protests, which escalated into violent unrest in April-May 2010. The 2010 protests were organized by the UDD to demand resignation of then Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva-led government in Thailand.

The participation at the aforementioned demonstration and gatherings is anticipated to range between high dozens to low hundreds, given the symbolic significance of May 19, which saw violent unrest during the 2010 protests. Anticipating the turnout, the authorities are likely to bolster security measures in the vicinity of the aforementioned location as a part of the standard security protocol.
