Turkey Tactical: Road closures in Istanbul’s Fatih district slated from 12:00 on May 25 due to celebratory soccer procession; allot for disruptions

- The Istanbul Governorship announced that road closures in Istanbul’s Fatih district would be in place from 12:00 (local time) on May 25.
- This is due to championship celebrations slated to be held at the Yenikapi Event Area for the Istanbul-based Galatasaray football team at 19:05.
- The Yenikapi Event Area will open from 16:00, with a celebratory procession from Galatasaray High School in Istanbul’s Beyoglu District to the Yenikapi Event Area beginning at 17:30.
- Road closures will include:
- Gazi Mustafa Kemalpasa Street and connecting roads.
- Namik Kemal Street and connecting roads.
- Sahil Kennedy Street in both directions between Yedicule and Catladikapi.
- Yenikapi Event Area Port Road.
